RKW, the trading division of Sutton Venture Group has completed its latest acquisition of Burco and Redring from Glen Dimplex Heating & Ventilation. Redring provides water heating and shower products and Burco manufactures catering equipment.
Ian Stuhlder, interim commercial director for GDHV said: “This strategic decision aligns with GDHV’s ongoing commitment to focus on its portfolio of brands and technologies in the electric heating and ventilation categories.”
