Robert Dyas back in the black

In more financial news, the Daily Mail’s This is Money
column reports homeware retailer Robert Dyas has jumped back into the black in
its first financial results since entrepreneur and former BBC Dragons Den star
Theo Paphitis bought the business last July. In the year to March 30th, 2013,
the high street chain’s sales increased from £106million to £114million and profits
rose from £186,000 to £3.2million. Paphitis, who also owns stationery retailer
Ryman and lingerie chain Boux Avenue, said he had investment plans for the
online and catalogue divisions of Robert Dyas, with several catalogues planned
for this year.
