Royal Mail collects photo evidence of delivery

Royal Mail has strengthened its collateral collection when delivering parcels for customers of its tracked services. Delivery staff are now taking photographs to show proof of where parcels have been delivered, including instances when parcels are taken in by neighbours of recipients who are away from home.

This latest service enhancement aims to reduce claims of non-delivery.
