Royal Mail to sell Paddington site


As part of its rationalisation,  Royal Mail is set to sell off its one acre site near Paddington railway station. The site which has not be used by Royal Mail since 2008  will be sold to Great Western Developments Ltd for £111 million in a deal which is expected to be concluded on December 8th.  The contract includes clauses in which Royal Mail will receive additional considerations if the property is sold on within two years of the deal.
