The year to March 31st 2022 proved to be disappointing for Beauty Bay which posted revenues of £93 million – almost £40 million less than the previous year whilst above the £82.2 million it generated pre-Covid for the year to March 31st 2020.
The business said that its fall in turnover could be mostly attributed to consumers returning to shop in stores. It had, it said, enjoyed an exceptional level of new customer acquisition during the previous year.
