Fenwick has posted sales for the year to 31 January of just £140.5 million which is down from £323.7 million for the year prior. This represents a 56 per cent drop with lockdowns blamed for poor results, with nine stores forced to close, Fenwick claimed £9m in furlough support and a further £8.7 million in business rates relief and also made 300 of its staff redundant. Losses for the year amounted to £112 million.
