Evans Cycles has posted sales of £133.4 million for the year to October 31st, 2015, up by 4.5 per cent on the previous year. However, it cited reduced demand, mounting competition, as well as a decrease in gross margins when it came to its pre-tax profits which had fallen from £4.46 million to £1.36 million. The business had however opened seven new stores during the period and invested in its relaunched website.
