Sanderson Group plc has agreed to purchase the trade and IPR of
the Elucid business unit from K3 Business Technology Group plc,
for £1.36m. In the year to 31 December 2006, Elucid
generated an operating profit of some £200,000 on turnover
of approximately £2m. A statement by Sanderson’s MD, Simon
Weeks confirmed that all senior management will continue with the
business which will trade as Sanderson Multi-Channel Solutions
Ltd.
