Screwfix has launched a new improved app that enables customers to find the products they need quickly from the 33,000 products on offer. The app allows customers who’ve placed a click & collect order to notify their local store when they’ve arrived to collect, as well as to build their order in the app, generate a QR code and complete their purchase in-store. Stock availability is also visible in their six closest stores.
Simon Jackson, Screwfix customer & digital director said; “We’re delighted to launch the all new Screwfix app. Customers told us they weren’t happy with our old app and so we listened to what they wanted and made the changes. The new app is the best shopping experience for Screwfix customers.”
