Kevin Royal has announced his retirement from SCS where he has spent 35 years latterly as managing director of the home furnishings retailer. Chief executive David Knight said “Kevin has played a key role in building the business and developing the team. He is a great role model and a naturally gifted retailer.”
Royal who is credited with playing a vital role in growing the company from a four store operation to a multi-million pound retailer will leave early next year.
