Furniture retailer ScS has been delisted from the main market of the London Stock Exchange with the completion of its acquisition by Cerezzola Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Poltronesofa S.p.A.
ScS retails sofas, carpets and furniture from 100 UK stores and has 1700 employees. Poltronesofa designs and retails sofas and decorative accessories from its 167 stores in Italy, 106 in France and 27 in other European countries.
ScS’ board members have all stepped down from its board.
