Secret Sales is expanding its service offering for overseas retailers which sell via its marketplace. Initially launching to service retailers selling into the UK, there are also plans to take it to the other markets it operates in. Secret Sales will warehouse retailers’ merchandise, pick, pack & despatch orders, and offer a return handling service. It will operate from the company’s own facility.
Chris Griffin, Secret Sales CEO said: “Our premium eCommerce marketplace model, with digitally connected inventory and brand to consumer shipping is by far the most efficient, sustainable and profitable way for brands and retailers to trade non full-price inventory, however, we understand the challenges faced by a number of brands unable to fulfil the last piece of the puzzle if their stock is based in continental Europe or Brexit regulations are making selling directly to UK consumers prohibitively expensive.”
