Sephora completes its acquisition of Feelunique

Following on from its agreement in July, Sephora, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Feelunique from Palamon Capital Partners and other shareholders, following clearance by anti-trust authorities.

Feelunique has around  1.3 million active customers of its range of 35,000 cosmetic and fragrance products from over 800 established, niche, independent and rising brands.
