Shop Direct has recruited Phil Hackney as its operations director. Hackney joins from Pets at Home where he has spent the last seven years and has also worked for twelve years in logistics & operations for Boots.His new role will see him responsible for logistics, operations and customer service, joining the board of Shop Direct. Hackney commences in his new role in January and he will report direct to CEO Alex Baldock.
