Zoe Matthews will be joining Shop Direct in the newly created role of Fashion Director next month as part of the business’ restructure of its clothing and footwear management departments which has also seen Pauline Lauder promoted to the role of Group Merchandising Director. Matthews who was previously Buying Director for Gap has held senior buying roles at White Stuff, House of Fraser, John Lewis and Marks and Spencer, will report to group product director Matt Dixon in her new role.
