Shuropody avoids administration

Comfort footwear and foot clinic chain Shuropody has attracted new investment enabling it to avoid appointing administrators. It operates 44 stores and is currently in its second CVA but says that stores will now be refurbished and that it will open a further 20 outlets over the next three years. Joint owner and managing director Mark Pinnock commented: “With this additional investment we will be able to realise our ambition to become the leading footcare provider in the UK.”
