As previously reported, a legal dispute has been raging between former Lush CEO Andrew Gerrie’s investment vehicle Silverwood Brands over the blocking by Lush of a transfer of his shares, and those held by his wife Alison Hawksley, which amounted to a 19.8 per cent stake in Lush to Silverwood Brands.
Reports are that the matter has been brought to a close on a technicality, with Silverwood Brands accepting Lush’s position that the transaction was not in compliance with the company’s articles.
