Wigan based Sofaworks, which had traded as CSL until 2013, was taken to court by DFS which claimed that the Sofaworks brand name infringes that of the DFS owned Sofa Workshop. The judge found in favour of DFS which will likely require that Sofaworks is forced to rebrand.
