Sofaworks owner sells stake to fund expansion


Sofaworks CEO Jason Tyldesley has confirmed the sale of a minority stake in its £100 million turnover business which previously traded as CSL.  The investors are Bill Holroyd, who also holds a stake in ao.com,  and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.  The funds have been earmarked for the opening of a further 20 stores over the next five years.
