Sofology has appointed Emma Dinnis to the role of managing director.

Dinnis who was most recently chief customer officer at M&Co has earlier experience with Ikea, Marks & Spencer and Arcadia Group. She replaces Harvey Ainley who had assumed the role following the departure of CEO Sally Hopson last summer.
