Steve Rowe takes top M&S role

Steve Rowe will assume the role of CEO at Marks & Spencer when Marc Bolland retires in April after six years with the business. Rowe is an M&S “lifer” and has spent the past 25 years with the retailer. Currently struggling with its fashion and homewares offerings, M&S has grown its food sales this year as well as online sales which grew by 20.9 per cent in the 13 weeks to December 26th over the same period in 2014.
