Superdry targets ASOS for copying its designs

Superdry has submitted evidence to court to support allegations that ASOS has copied its branding in an attempt to mislead consumers. The branding in question is that of Superdry’s trademarked Osaka label which, it says, ASOS has misused on five items on its website which were being sold under the ASOS, New Look and Topman brands.
