Suttons Consumer Products Ltd has acquired the Chase Organics’ Seeds and Retail business which will now be managed in Devon by Suttons’ gardening brand Dobbies. Chase Organics has published a catalogue for organic gardeners for 25 years.
Chase Organics will continue to separately run its B2B plant nutrition products business independently of this deal as well as support Dobies as it takes on the Organic Gardening catalogue and extends the product offering to embrace a “Good Life” range which includes products for bee-keeping, preserving and keeping chickens.
