Ted Baker has posted rising revenues during a period which many of its competitors found to be challenging. Revenues had risen 14 per cent overall to £295.7 million for the 28 weeks to August 12th, with online sales rising by 43.8 per cent to £42.7 million for the period.
The retailer attributes much of its success to its newly opened distribution centre which is understood to cover 1 million sq.ft. This represents a significant investment which is underpinning its store and direct customer logistics.
