Tesco Opticians has re-platformed and relaunched its website
to offer a full range of contact lenses and sunglasses to buy directly for
delivery, prescription glasses available to purchase through a click and
collect service, as well as an integrated online appointment booking system.
Also introduced is a live chat customer service function and an augmented
reality function allowing customers to try on different styles virtually.
