FRP Advisory’s Tony Wright, Geoff Rowley, and Alastair Massey have been appointed as joint administrators of The Body Shop International Ltd.. The administration process concerns the UK business and not its global franchise partners.
The Body Shop at Home agent based sales operation has been closed with immediate effect. It is understood that stores will initially continue to trade under the control of the administrators.
In a statement, the administrators said that the process would provide stability, flexibility, and security to secure the future of The Body Shop. It will be updating employees and creditors.
