The Craft Channel, a TV shopping business has entered into a contract with iForce which is to provide a range of fulfilment services. The move will ensure that the retailer which launched in
September last year can benefit from streamlined operations as it grows.
The Craft Channel broadcasts live on Sky and Freesat offering a range of craft products including those from the US Anna Griffin range. iForce will initially manage items from the aforementioned range then taking on an extended range via its shared facility in Saltley, Birmingham. The Craft Channel will also deploy iForce Pathfinder, a carrier management solution underpinned by its Route Genie software.
Commenting on the move Dali Graham, director at The Craft Channel said “As a relatively young channel, we were looking for an experienced partner that could provide a host of professional
fulfilment services whilst helping our organisation to drive further efficiencies across the supply chain.”
