The Delivery Group acquires ETrak to drive international growth

The Delivery Group (“TDG”) has acquired 100 per cent of ETrak Logistics Limited (“ETrak”), its prior joint venture with Parcel Monkey, to drive its ambitious international growth plans. ETrak is a multi-carrier eCommerce delivery solution built to simplify the process of international shipping for online retailers.

With its infrastructure of 5 UK service centres, 500 staff, 160+ vehicles and innovative technology, The Delivery Group provides a seamless one stop shop for international and domestic untracked, tracked and express eCommerce services – allowing online retailers to partner with TDG using its multi-carrier service platform for all their delivery needs – from collection through to final mile delivery.

ETrak offers a single label, route-optimised, cross-border shipping solution that is designed with the end-user in mind.  Customers can access real-time tracking information on shipments, produce detailed reports, all through a single cloud-based platform. ETrak is simple to use and seamlessly integrates with existing warehouse management software such as Linnworks, Metapack, Mintsoft, Despatch Cloud and many others. ETrak also offers a full range of IOSS, Delivered Duty Paid and Delivered Duty Unpaid international delivery services to over 220 countries worldwide, with the extra assurances of Denied Parties and Prohibited Goods screening too.

Steve Stokes, group CEO, The Delivery Group, comments: “The acquisition of ETrak is testament to our ongoing investment in technology driven solutions, and our commitment to provide best in class service and products for our e-commerce customers and retailers. ETrak allows our clients to access fully compliant international delivery solutions in a rapidly changing market, offering delivery reliability at cost-effective prices.“

Mark Calladine, group eCommerce & international director, The Delivery Group comments: “We have had great success this year in partnering with existing and new clients to reopen their EU sales channels, offering support in obtaining IOSS registration and guiding them through the transition of Brexit. ETrak allows us to continue to develop our international services with the consumer experience in mind – helping online retailers overcome the challenges of international shipping and maximise sales. We are truly excited to offer ETrak to our clients and work in collaboration with them to develop our technology further.”
