The Hut Group has acquired IdealShape a North American retailer of weight management products. IdealShape which also trades as IdealFit was founded in 2003 and has annual sales of around US$60m predominantly generated online. On completion of the acquisition, the Ideal business has been fully integrated into The Hut Group’s technology and operating platform.
