The Hut Group pays damages to Fred Perry

The Hut Group has had to pay damages to British fashion
brand Fred Perry after the online retailer was caught selling fake jumpers on
its website. According to the Manchester Evening News, counterfeit jumpers
bearing the words Fred Perry and the brand’s Laurel Wreath logo, both
registered trademarks were found for sale on thehut.com, zavvi.com, sendit.com
and via Hut’s outlets on eBay and Amazon.
