The Hut postpones IPO plan

Online retail group The Hut has postponed its plans to raise funds via an IPO this year. The company which operates brands such as Zavvi and Iwantoneofthose achieved sales of £184.3 million for the year to December 31st 2013 and reported profits of £3.9 million. It is understood to have bought back c£13 million of shares from early investors and whilst it has not completely ruled out a flotation, it is expected to wait until the market is less volatile.
