THG Ingenuity & Criteo form partnership

THG Ingenuity has announced a strategic three-year partnership with Criteo in which it will leverage Criteo’s full Commerce Media Platform services as it expands into commerce media to unlock opportunities for its retail and brand partners in the UK market. The combined solutions will help THG Ingenuity’s retailers and brands boost commerce media opportunities, monetise first party data, and accelerate performance media.

The three-year partnership will see THG Ingenuity utilise Criteo’s four solutions, Commerce Yield, Commerce Max, Commerce Growth, and Commerce Grid.

The three-year partnership builds on an existing relationship, with THG Ingenuity currently leveraging Criteo solutions to power THG Beauty retailers’ onsite and offsite retail media propositions. This business model has achieved rapid growth, with LOOKFANTASTIC UK achieving an impressive YoY revenue growth of +115 per cent, while Cult Beauty UK has seen +108 per cent YoY growth in its revenue.
