THG Ingenuity has announced that it has secured a five year partnership with Hotel Chocolat. This will support the niche multichannel retailer’s direct to consumer offering and align its expansion strategy for the US market with THG Ingenuity’s cross-border expertise. The partnership involves Hotel Chocolat leveraging the THG platform, digital brand services, along with fulfilment including chilled storage distribution.
