THG lifts FY26 adjusted EBITDA outlook to £103m

THG has raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA expectation to £103m after profitability exceeded expectations in Q3. The new outlook is above the company’s cited analyst consensus of £101.7m.

Group revenue was £408.8m in the three months to 30 September, up 1.5 per cent on a continuing, constant-currency basis. The company’s core brands and markets, which account for about 87 per cent of group revenue, grew 6.1 per cent.

THG Nutrition revenue rose 5.3 per cent on that basis to £152.4m. THG Beauty revenue fell 0.6 per cent to £256.4m, although its core brands and markets grew 3.4 per cent. THG said beauty advent sales sold in September but dispatched in October affected the Q3 comparison; it estimated revenue growth would have been 2.1 per cent without that timing effect.

THG expects FY26 free cash flow of £25m to £35m, which would mark its first positive year since its IPO. It also expects revenue growth to accelerate in Q4. Both remain company guidance, not reported outcomes.
