Top Online Partners Group (TOPG), the Staffordshire based business, which operates the TopCashBack platform has agreed terms to acquire Refunder which runs a cashback platform in Sweden. TOPG is initially acquiring a minority stake and will acquire 100 per cent of the Swedish business over the next three years.
Refunder was formed in 2014 and has 600,000 members and around 1000 participating retailers for its Swedish business. It has also expanded into Poland.
