The exodus from Arcadia continues with the news that Topman managing director Philip Cooke has landed a new post with River Island where he will be responsible for both mens and childrenswear. Cooke was a long time Arcadia staffer having worked his way up at the group over some 15 years. He will start in his new in the Spring.
