Investment group True Capital has acquired Manchester based Apparel Brands (ABL) which owns Bench, Hooch and Nicce as well as holding licences for Farah, Smith & Jones, Caterpillar and Seafolly, amongst others. ABL CEO Peter Wood stays on at the business.
