School uniform specialist Trutex has been acquired from its private equity owner, Elaghmore by Hancock & Gore, a specialist in the school uniform sector which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The transaction was valued at £12.5m.
Hancock & Gore also owns Schoolblazer UK, and Mountcastle and Trutex will be part of the newly established Schoolbazer Group.
