Tryzens confirms senior appointment & further investment

Tryzens, an independent retail systems integrator and managed services provider, has appointed Tom Fischer as sales and marketing director and secured growth investment from Scottish Equity Partners (“SEP”). This will enable it to pursue its strategy of delivering world class systems integration and managed services to the Retail and B2B commerce markets.

Fischer recently served as CEO of Prologic plc, a provider of ERP solutions for fashion retailers. Prior to Prologic, Fischer was divisional manager of SAP’s UK retail business, notably growing software licence revenues during the recession. Fischer has previously served as VP EMEA at Pay By Touch, a biometric payment start-up and as VP Northern Europe at Retek, Inc., prior to and after its initial public offering.

Over the past year, Tryzens has successfully completed a number of new business wins, delivering a range of innovative solutions to retailers looking to expand and enhance their online capabilities to improve the cross-channel experience for consumers. This includes fashion brands ranging from Jack Wills, Austin Reed and Woodhouse, through to luxury jeweller, Annoushka, and Dunelm the national homeware brand.
