Independent skincare brand Malin+Goetz, which was founded in New York in 2004, has announced that its UK business has entered administration. Its 7 UK stores have closed, and around 70 retail staff have been made redundant. Alvarez & Marsal are the appointed administrators.
A note on the brand’s UK website reads: “a brief pause. we’re temporarily unable to accept online orders. please explore the collection – we’ll be back soon.
It is understood that in the near future, Malin+Goetz’s UK customers will be able to place orders via the US website, as well as continue buying products via its UK retail partners.
