In its latest m-commerce results, flash sales website
vente-privee has announced that over 32 per cent of global turnover comes from
mobile, a 6 per cent rise from the end of 2012. The figures released also show
that the UK is vente-privee.com’s largest market for turnover via mobile in
2013 so far. The figures show that 41 per cent of vente-privee’s UK customers
use mobile with 37 per cent of turnover being generated through mobile. Women
represent 71 per cent of mobile clients on vente-privee.com’s UK site with mobile
clients making an average of seven purchases per year.
