Rachael Swindlehurst has been named internet marketing manager at Waterstone’s, she brings with her six years experience in Waterstone’s marketing department. Bijoux M’Bayo, formerly commercial executive will take on the role of internet product planning manager. Kieron Smith joins as internet commercial operations manager from GAME Stores where he was head of online operations. He has also worked at WHSmith and Ottakers where he held the role of internet site manager.
