Online retailer Wayfair.com has added flash sales and daily
deals to its web offering. The company says it is the first mass retailer to
integrate flash sales into its “core shopping experience”. Daily Fair will
feature up to seven new sales a day, seven days a week, each lasting for 72
hours. The move builds on the success of Wayfair’s private-sales site Joss
& Main, which, having launched two years ago, now has 3 million members.
It’s understood the service is currently only available to US customers.
