Whistl unites parcel offer under Parcelhub brand

Whistl has united its parcel businesses under one brand, Parcelhub. This change leverages the strengths of both businesses (Whistl Parcels and Parcelhub), creating a unique position in the parcel market.

Parcelhub offers flexible and scalable multi-carrier solutions covering tracked and untracked services and seamless integrations for eCommerce businesses both in the UK and internationally.

It caters to large-volume and SME multi-channel eCommerce retailers and brands that benefit from the scale of the Whistl Group through a network of depots nationwide. It also gives access to cost and efficiency benefits by consolidating customer volumes through the Parcelhub Carrier Management System.

Underpinning Parcelhub is its high-level customer service capability, a multi-carrier service offering, easy IT integration and access to proactive tracking support to reduce delivery failure rates and ultimately enhance the end-user delivery experience.

Steve Marjoram leads Parcelhub as managing director and Andy Underwood as commercial director.
