Travis Perkins’ consumer division which includes Toolstation and Wickes increased annual sales to £1.38 billion for the year to 31 December 2015. This represented 8 per cent growth and was achieved with an upturn in kitchen and bathroom sales at Wickes alongside with steady growth at Toolstation. Wickes, the group reported, had increased its online sales to just over 8 per cent of overall revenues and that over half of its online customers opted to use its click & collect service.
For the wider group revenue was up from £5.58 billion in 2014 to £5.94 billion for the year to 31 December 2015.
