Wickes Group has confirmed that it has acquired 51 percent of Gas Fast Ltd, the parent company of solar panel installations company Solar Fast, following FCA approval.
The move will take Wickes into the home energy installations market and enable it to extend its offering to include a full service for solar, gas boilers, air source heat pumps, and related services.
