Building products specialist Wolseley Plc has acquired a stake in BathEmpire.com, an independent online bathroom products vendor which was founded in 2009. Whilst full details of the deal are being withheld, it is understood that Wolseley has secured the option to acquire all of the business which currently has sales of £26 million.
