XPO Logistics has agreed terms for a ten year lease on a 645,000 sq.ft. distribution centre in Tamworth. The facility has been sub-divided with Hermes Parcelnet occupying 336,000 sq.ft. across two blocks with Euro Car Parts in a separate 258,000 sq.ft. block. Both businesses are moving to nearby premises whilst a further 50,000 sq.ft. is constructed to meet XPO’s needs.
