Notice of Intention to Appoint an Administrator have been filed for YM Chantry Ltd, York Mailing Ltd, and Pindar (Scarborough) Ltd. It is understood that YM Group’s other businesses Go Direct Marketing, The Lettershop Ltd, and YM Group are not directly affected.
FRP Advisory is working with YM Group to achieve a sale of the three businesses but with the UK print sector in decline there are few potential takers beyond the most obvious – Walstead Group and Paragon Group.
