Yoox Net-A-Porter group (MTA: YNAP), the online luxury fashion retailer,
announces the appointment of Alison Loehnis as President of The Net-a-Porter group, reporting directly to Group Chief Executive Officer, Federico Marchetti. Effective immediately, Alison will be responsible for Net-a-Porter, MrPorter, TheOutnet and Porter magazine.
Alison joined the online retailer in 2007 as VP sales & marketing and In 2011 was named President of Net-a-Porter. She
has spearheaded significant growth in sales and overseen the
introduction of new revenue streams including: the launch of a beauty
business which has grown to more than 150 brands in just over two years;
the introduction of a sportswear category; the development of a
dedicated Asia-Pacific website and the set-up of a distribution centrer
in Hong Kong.
Alison has further strengthened commerce in international markets through the localisation of sites in Mandarin, French and German and negotiated pivotal
brand partnerships, such as CHANEL’s first venture into e-commerce, and
Dolce and Gabbana’s first ever dedicated capsule collection for a
retailer, all to great industry acclaim.
